Evy Grouse is a native New Yorker who paints with acrylics, oils and watercolor. She enjoys painting animal portraits and mountain and coastal scenes. Evy also enjoys teaching decorative art using the “One Stroke” painting technique. She studied under artist Donna Dewberry who developed this technique. Evy has introduced hundreds of students to the almost instant results obtained by the “One Stroke” method. Evy served as president of the Hilton Head Plantation Artists Association and was a member of the Hilton Head Art League. She also taught at the Hilton Head Art Academy for six years.
