Stanly Arts Guild announces its Second Annual Nature At Its Best Show

Where: Falling Rivers Gallery, 119 West Main Street, Albemarle, NC

Delivery Date: July 31, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; August 1, 1:00 to 3:00 pm; August 2 and 3, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Winners will be announced during a public showing and reception from 6:30 to 9:30 pm on Friday, August 6, 2010. All selected works juried into the show will remain on exhibit until the show's conclusion on Friday, August 27.

Open to: All artists working in the medium of photography. This includes traditional photography, digital or digitally altered photography, and mixed media with photography works.

St. Luke Fall Festival 2010

When: Saturday, October 16, 2010, 10:00 am until (ending time TBD).

What: St. Luke Fall Festival is looking for artists to be vendors. 10x10 outdoor spaces (nothing is provided) are available for $45 before September 1, and $50 after September 1. Tables and chairs can be rented for an amount to be determined. Set up is at 8:00 am.

Carolina’s Got Art! announces its 2010 Juried Exhibition

When: Friday, October 1 through Saturday, October 30 2010.

What: Original paintings of any media, drawings, monoprints or other one-of-a-kind prints, photography, free-standing sculpture, hand-turned wood or pottery/porcelain all completed within the past two years are eligible.
