Phyllis Eaton Steimel

Plein air painter, Phyllis Eaton Steimel, graciously presented a mini-version of her upcoming week long workshop about color theory. Phyllis is currently Steimela painting instructor at Salisbury’s Waterworks Visual Arts Center, where she also served on the board for 12 years.

Of her work, Phyllis says, "A born optimist, my oil paintings are naturally colorful. I use expressive brush strokes to liberally interpret landscapes and architecture. Colors breathe beauty and happiness to the often overlooked sights around me."
