Their unselfish dedication to Mint Hill Arts serves as an example to every volunteer who believes that "art matters," that everyone's life is made better because of creative thinking and expression.

It will save you time at Intake to print them, fill them out and bring them in with your artwork, but they will be available at Intake for those who choose to fill them out in the gallery.

Forms for entering artwork and instructions for wiring are available on our website.
